    DETAILS

    Location: Harkness Circle, Durham

    Day/time: Thursdays 6:30-8:00

    Cost: $40/group (Only Aetna will currently cover this fee, but I do accept HSA/FSA cards)

    Length: Ongoing group with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.

    Size: 6-9 members

REQUIREMENTS

  • Attend 1 individual sessions as an orientation for the group (I can bill most insurance for individual sessions)

  • Commit to a trial of 12 weeks with regular attendance (other than planned travel or illness)

  • Be prepared to share your feelings and observations openly and honestly with the group, as soon as you feel safe to do so

  • Bring nonjudgmental acceptance and an inclusive spirit to the group 

  • Be striving to be anti-racist

  • Be open and affirming of queer and trans people and be able to use they/them pronouns for any non-binary group member

  • Respect confidentiality
